Terms of Service

The deal between you and us

Club Business is editorial intelligence for European founders. These terms set out how you use the site and the weekly briefing. We keep them short. We keep them honest.

The short version

Three points carry most of the weight. The full clauses sit below. Read them once. They take a few minutes.

Plain English

Read first, act second

We write for working founders. These terms stay short and clear. No dense legal fog.

Editorial only

We inform, not advise

Our work is journalism and analysis. It is not regulated financial or legal advice for your case.

Fair use

Share, link, credit

Quote us and link back freely. Just do not republish whole articles as your own.

The full terms

Eight clauses cover access, fair use, and your data. One clause matters most. We inform you. We do not advise you.

01

Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of clubbusiness.net. They apply the moment you read a page or open the briefing. If a clause does not work for you, please stop using the site. We may update this page as the publication grows.

02

Editorial content, not advice

Club Business covers finance, strategy, and growth across the UK and EU. Our pieces are journalism and analysis. They are general in nature. They are not personal financial, tax, or legal advice. Always check your own facts. Speak to a qualified adviser before you act on money decisions.

03

Using our work fairly

You may read, link to, and quote our articles. Short excerpts with clear credit are welcome. You may not copy full articles or sell our work. You may not present our analysis as your own. Automated scraping at scale is not allowed without written consent.

04

The weekly briefing

You can sign up for the weekly briefing with your email. We send editorial picks and market context. We never sell your address. One click unsubscribes you for good. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

05

Intellectual property

The Club Business name, wordmark, and original articles are ours. So are our charts and editorial frameworks. We license none of it by default. Brand names from third parties belong to their owners. We use them only to inform readers.

06

Accuracy and liability

We work hard to get the facts right. Even so, markets and rules shift fast. We cannot promise every figure stays current. We are not liable for losses from acting on our content. Use your own judgement and verify before you commit funds.

07

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to outside sources and tools. Those sites set their own terms. We do not control them. A link is not an endorsement of every claim they make. Read their policies before you share data with them.

08

Governing law and changes

These terms follow the laws of England and Wales. We may revise them as the publication evolves. Material changes get a fresh date at the top of this page. Your continued use means you accept the current version.
